Marching towards 2023, Value Creed continues to proudly expand its horizons as a part of the hypergrowth series. With the motto of “Keep Learning”, “Keep Growing”, and “Keep experimenting” Value Creed is happy to announce its collaboration with School of Petroleum Management – Pandit Deendayal Energy University under the LearnSmart Internship Program.

Value Creed has always actively focused on delivering high-end training to empower the youth and open doors for students to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment bridging the gap between the transition from college to work ecosystems by making them industry and future-ready.

Key Highlights of the Collaboration

This collaboration paves the way for 360-degree development for the students wherein students can benefit from industry standpoint. Internships under LearnSmart Career Accelerator Program, allowing them to receive best-in-class instruction and work on industry live projects under executive mentorship and knowledge of various market-leading commodity trading and risk management platforms. 

The MoU exchange took place between Nitesh Raj, Managing Director Value Creed and Dr. Shubhasheesh Bhattacharya, Director SPM-PDEU alongside Dr. Tanushri Banerjee, Dean SPM-PDEU at HR Conclave- SAMAVESH 7.0 – a platform for exchanging ideas between the corporate leaders and future managers hosted by SPM-PDEU . Nitesh Raj was also the key note speaker at the event and has shared his insights into the transition of hiring and human resource as whole.

This collaboration will help students in equipping with various entrepreneurial competencies and we believe that it will encourage greater flexibility for the university and allow students to have a better edge in the fast-growing energy sector.

Roaring through the “Hypergrowth Series”, Value Creed proudly announces its collaboration with University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) to provide internships to students under the LearnSmart internship program that primarily focuses on providing a platform for the youth to channel their potential and create a framework for competency-based skill training.

The fast evolving nature of the Energy industry is creating an entirely new marketplaces, new ecosystems, and new opportunities for Energy and Utility companies. Value Creed opens doors to the world for students by bridging the gap between the transition from college to work ecosystems. 

The focus is not just on high-quality work opportunities but also on empowering students with various skills. As compared to other internships, students receive hands-on experience on various CTRM  software platforms like Allegro, RightAngle, iRely, W Energy, and many more.

Interns will also be taught high-value soft skills, critical analysis, and proven frameworks on live software instances, rather than offline scenarios along with targeted mentorship to assist and provide guidance to them, allowing them to explore their passions while working on real-time projects.

The collaboration also paves way for faculty training under Abhigyaat where the teachers can accelerate their technical, functional, and industry knowledge providing opportunities to ascent into supervisory, and executive roles ensuring success and career advancement at an unprecedented pace.

The specific objectives of the collaboration include providing hands-on experience to students of UPES to various advanced technologies available in various CTRM platforms to expand their knowledge horizon. The students will also be encouraged to reach self-efficacy by setting high standards to help them achieve their goals. 

Our internship experience is to bring interns together to connect, collaborate and co-create to make a difference in the world. We believe that this collaboration will encourage greater flexibility for the university and students harnessing the technological tools available in the fast-growing energy sector.

I believe the collaboration between UPES and LearnSmart by Value Creed would bring a new perspective to the energy-focused studies. Exposure to the right ETRM tools and projects will prepare our students and faculty for the upcoming opportunities.

Value Creed proudly announces the collaboration between Value Creed and Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technology (RGUKT), Nuzvid  for the launch of  “LearnSmart Research Lab” primarily  focused at delivering high-end training to empower the youth that will create a roadmap to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and would enable the students to not just fast track their careers but also play an important role in laying the foundation stones of future society.

 Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technology, is a public engineering institution located at Nuzvid, Andhra Pradesh, India. The university comes under autonomous Institutions specialized in the teaching and research sector in Information Technology and Engineering.

The MoU was signed by Nitesh Raj, Value Creed’s Managing Director and University Director G.V.R. Srinivas Rao for the launch of the LearnSmart lab.

Value Creed's alliance with RGUKT Nuzvid will strengthen the students' career paths while they discover their full potential by leveraging the LearnSmart Research Lab's latest tools, mentorship, and expert guidance. We believe the collaboration will not only make the student's industry ready, but it will also support their innovations that will, in turn, benefit society in various ways.

The idea is to bring academia and industry together to address the skills gap in the new age technologies. Focused on technology inclusion, Value Creed strives to broaden access to technology infrastructure for the educational institution and create an open-source community for wider adoption and acceleration of innovation. Value Creed also plans to put up a collaborative research facility and incubation centre in the days to come.

It will also give students exposure to industry-driven problem statements and mentorship from Value Creed experts on various technologies, live projects, latest tools, and , soft skills, exposure to technical aspects of the industry that will make them corporate ready.

To be a success in today’s rapidly evolving technological scenario, it is imperative that we expose our students with the latest technological advancements and get them to work on the best of products available globally. This collaboration will provide important opportunities to students as the training focuses on inculcating an enterprising spirit among students and aims to equip students with entrepreneurial competencies that will help them in accelerating their careers.

I believe the collaboration between RGUKT Nuzvid and Value Creed will open a new door of opportunities for our students in terms of industry readiness, entrepreneurship, and technology. The LearnSmart Research Lab will help us nurture the talent to make them independent and responsible citizens of society.
