We have always been a step ahead in giving our team the best experience and with Metaverse creating major buzz we did not want to miss an opportunity of creating the perfect three-dimensional platform for our team to immerse themselves in fun.

Our team can also de-stress themselves on a daily basis at our breakroom playing on the gaming console to relax, have fun and enjoy the workplace. Friendly multiplayer matches can elevate the employee experience by shaking up team dynamics and starting conversations.

Celebration of Happiness and Prosperity with Value Creed

It’s time again for celebrations at Value Creed. We work on creating the best workplace atmosphere and celebrating important occasions with our team gives us immense joy and pleasure. Diwali, the festival of lights marks hope, joy, and a positive spirit to commence new beginnings.

Our office decorations were super chic and the decorative lights were everything we needed to bring up the festive vibe at the workplace. Our team enjoyed dressing up in traditional attires and indulging themselves in chatpati chaat. Sweets were also distributed to our team members and their families as an expression of gratitude.

This year prosperity has a whole new meaning at Value Creed. It means a renewed connection with ourselves and our team. A true appreciation to everyone and time for us to celebrate the inevitable end of another year with each other looking forward to many opportunities.

Time for Workcation

Value Creed has a solid foundation for employee engagement, continuous employee development, and keeping our employees engaged and interested in our cause to fundamentally change the way CTRM consulting is done. Our India team’s recent trip to Goa to celebrate the successful go-live of a CTRM project for one of our flagship customers was not just a celebratory trip but a stepping stone towards developing a success mindset.

Celebrations are ON

The excitement began from the start of the journey to Goa where the whole ride was filled with fun games, music, dance, and breathtaking scenery along the way where everyone stepped out of their comfort zones, all ready for new adventures and relaxation.

Our team visited Calangute beach also called as Queen of beaches enjoying the high tides and higher spirits. The team had the most memorable time strolling and shopping through local Goan souvenir shops, exploring shacks on the beach, frolicking on the beach, getting local braids, swimming in the waves to finally watching a mesmerizing sunset and dancing till the end. The whole team missed no opportunity to enjoy themselves to the fullest.

We wanted to create an unforgettable experience for our employees and therefore this trip was planned with the best efforts. The whole experience reflected the strong bonds among all the employees, care, and support towards each other. Indeed the break they deserved.

We have always advocated for the perfect work-life balance and the importance of overall well-being to all our team members. The trip has given the opportunity to bond beyond professional boundaries and recognize what is working well and why. Acknowledging actions that drive success stories always draws inspiration for the future, laying roads to build new processes.

Just like leads habits die hard they made the celebration meaningful by explaining the reason for our success and how it impacted the company. The key to success was teamwork and it was celebrated with positive energy. The whole team also actively expressed gratitude for each other highlighting each other’s individual contributions.

Getting Ready to Celebrate

Value creed at every step creates an environment where employees can enjoy higher levels of wellbeing. We constantly foster a fun work environment and positive mind set among our employees. 

August has been a month of celebrations at Value Creed and it was a great relief for our employees. The festive celebrations created a light and laidback mood, perfect atmosphere to foster bonding and communication.

Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

What can be a better way to celebrate Indian Independence Day then to join hands together and shout Nation First! Always First!. Value Creed believes that unity is strength when there is teamwork and collaboration and to make this occasion more special all the employees were excited and motivated which made the whole ambience more energizing.

  • The office decorations with balloons and flags was just channelizing the essence of independence.
  • The entertaining part of the celebrations was the ramp walk in which all the employees participated embracing their tricoloured attires and the small quiz competition, in which questions were based on Indian Independence and freedom struggle.
  • There were exciting gifts given to the ramp walk winners and the team for best decoration.
  • The whole event had a very positive impact that created great camaraderie among the employees.
  • The office was filled with glory, lively and cheerful air of festivity and was what our employees needed to lift their spirits.

MORE YA with Ganesha

We continuously create new experiences to make the workplace happier and more engaged. Our Ganesh Chathurthi celebrations had the perfect dash of fun, color and creativity. Our employees were eagerly looking forward for the celebrations and we had planned more of everything to make the day more memorable.

Our teams enthusiastically participated in Ganesha idol making competition which turned out to be a perfect platform to showcase their unique talents at the workplace. There was a festive high in the environment and everyone were bonding with each other over happiness.  All the efforts were appreciated with fun gifts and mouth watering food. The live chaat counter was really enjoyed by everyone and it was a day with bellyful of food and fun.

TIME TO RECHARGE

The Value Creed team often so focused on the day-to-day grind that it becomes necessary for the teams to take a pit stop and assess not just their career progress but also their work relationships. It becomes important for the team to have a shift in perspective so they can approach work in a fresh and dynamic way.

We have always focused on creating a welcoming, refreshing and inspiring environment for our employees in which they can innovate, think and collaborate. Our North American retreat to the Margaritaville Resort has been a perfect experience to get out of the day to day grind and focus on some much needed time-off.

TIME TO REFLECT

We aimed at not just creating a relaxing atmosphere but also getting away from work to think and reflect back on what the collective team have achieved in the past year.  The Strategy and Leadership session was very engaging as there were new ideas proposed on creating process, long term strategies and various expectations from teams were discussed by our leadership team in order to move towards our goals with strengthened collaborations.

QUALITY TIME TO REJUVENATE

  • Giving our team the best experience has always been our forte. Hence, we chose Margaritaville Resort as our destination, the perfect escape to set the coordinates for fun and relaxation.
  • It was a perfect place for an island lifestyle and the whole team carried the spirit of an island and had a fantastic time at the resort. 
  • There were many fun activities like Pickeball, Duck Race and Fire Dancers planned for the team where the team could indulge themselves and energize.

This mini vacation was the perfect opportunity for the team to socialize and understand each other’s perspectives further galvanizing them to strive toward a shared goal. Ensuring the complete well-being of our employees gives us immense pleasure.

The whole team did not just create a bunch of new memories but they also felt quite refreshed and all set to tackle the various upcoming challenges to exceed our clients expectations.
