Nitesh Raj

Managing Director

Nitesh Raj, co-founder of Value Creed, stands as a visionary leader, transforming global operations in the CTRM industry. With over 19 years of experience, he is renowned for his strategic innovation, people-centric leadership, and technical expertise. With a proven track record of not only establishing but also successfully running offshore and onshore operations, Nitesh has led the complete setup and seamless functioning of offices across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC regions. His hands-on approach extends to day-to-day operations, addressing multifaceted challenges across IT, HR, Compliance, and other core business functions, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency on a global scale.

Raja Kanthadai

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Raja Kanthadai has been working in the CTRM/ETRM industry for the past 23 years and built products that are used by more than 100 companies in the Ags / Energy verticals. He has worked as an engagement lead for implementation of Crude, Refined products, Natural Gas and Power products for Canadian and U.S. customers. He has extensive experience in Stakeholder management, Requirement Analysis, Business Design, Development & Testing for both small and large projects.

Rathin Gupta

Rathin is a seasoned energy industry expert, with an extensive background in ETRM consulting engagements that include strategizing, roadmap planning, implementing and supporting solutions for major energy companies in North America. He has demonstrated strong leadership by successfully leading major ETRM transformations from inception to operational support.

Mark Chalmers

Sales Director EMEA & APAC

Mark Chalmers has 20 years of experience in the Energy world, working at companies like S&P Global, Bloomberg, SAP and Ion Commodities. He began his career in London before working in the Middle East, Singapore, the US and Canada. In his time he has been the client lead for Organisations including Dow Chemicals, Marathon Petroleum, OPEC, Saudi Aramco, Adnoc, Origin Energy, SK Energy and others.

Malissa Boudreaux

Malissa has a proven track record of driving market-leading revenue growth and is an expert in building high performance teams, optimizing sales and marketing practices, expanding into new geographies and market segments, and accelerating product and service innovations for clients worldwide.

Randy Katz

SENIOR DIRECTOR

Randy is an experienced energy professional with an extensive ETRM implementation and market risk management background at multi-national petroleum and liquids, power, and natural gas trading and distribution firms.

He holds an MBA in energy finance. Randy has demonstrated capabilities in risk identification, modeling, and mitigation, as well as leadership of risk teams. He has operational and integration competencies with multiple ETRM software packages, including Allegro, Aligne, Endur, and TriplePoint CXL.
