Strategic Alignment
As the ValueCreed Team was already aligned with clients on their day-to-day business, we established a framework to understand the future strategic business requirement and designed a roadmap to procure and demonstrate multiple tools available for the downstream business to go through the change in their ETRM platform. This led to multiple demo sessions spanning over broader understanding of multiple interfacing and other complicated processes to interact with the tool itself to support the existing auxiliary application’s within the client’s portfolio. This activity led the client to choose ION RightAngle as an appropriate implementation
Seamless Integration
Once the Software selection process was tuned in, we focused on implementation as we already had deep-dve knowledge of the client’s processes and business roadmap. We divided it into three major phases – Core Migration to RightAngle modules, Interfacing solution for adhoc process and ingestion of auxiliary data from multiple sources(leveraging ION Integration Framework) and developing custom templates for Deals, Contract. Invoices and such entities to align with business needs.
Cloud Migration
ValueCreed designed, implemented the client’s ETRM solution to cloud while the implementation was in parallel. This helped the client to leverage cloud services to integrate the application in their Azure services enhancing security, operational performance. This implementation focused on data integration and reducing risk of losing production by inculcating multi-node HA setup offered by SQL Server spread across multiple cloud regions. We also leveraged Azure DevOps to optimise the delivery pipeline for the application by creating a custom YAML based pipeline which automated the entire delivery system from stopping the application, deploying the release build and bringing the application live again.
24/7 Monitoring
Since we already had an expertise with client’s business we supported the transition to the new ETRM platform round-the-clock from the beginning of this transition with functions like – DB support, application support and monitoring. We also inculcated a framework for monitoring auxiliary applications that interfaces with RightAngle or support it to maintain the downstream business continuity. We also extensively laid out process across DB related activities, infrastructure and application monitoring and any ad hoc business discrepancy to aid smooth functioning of the organisation.
Value Creed team members were highly involved throughout the journey of the company from the initial implementation and support services of Allegro to moving to RightAngle. Our team designed a roadmap according to the current and future business requirements and executed the implementation of RightAngle. The team further moved the entire infrastructure to the cloud and maintained its operations along with full-time support from our Run Smart Managed Service. This helped the company to reap long-term benefits and optimize its operations to achieve higher security and improved accountability.
