Culture is formed in those intermediate periods through conversations, as a result of shared laughter, and because of the chance to stop and think. The events in question fully showed all of these features. They serve as a reminder that strong teams are not only built through work but also through experiences which promote trust, a sense of belonging, and momentum.


As our year end celebration brought the year to a close, this feeling of togetherness is still influencing the way that partnerships are established, teams expand, and new ideas are developed.
