Travel Plan to Reach the Property

Option 1 (Flight): Home location Airport to Coimbatore. From Coimbatore Airport to the property, it is approximately a 3-hour drive without breaks in a cab.
Option 2 (Train): Aravankadu Railway Station (approx. 4 km away) or Coonoor Railway Station (approx. 7 km away). From either station, take a cab directly.
Option 3 (Bus): Bus service available; takes approximately 16 hours from Hyderabad.

Check-In Formalities

Entry Gate Procedure
We will send you a Guest Check-in Letter at the office/email. You have to show the letter and get the dedicated room keys from the caretaker.
Check in is allowed between 12 PM to 8 PM on sundays only

Work & Stay Guidelines

DO's

Check in and check out within the designated timings.
Be available during working hours & for all work commitments.
Dress appropriately for meetings and video calls.
Keep the villa and shared spaces clean and tidy.
Use all amenities and property responsibly.
Switch off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.
Lock doors and windows whenever you leave the villa.
Return all keys to the caretaker during check-out.
Respect colleagues, fellow guests, and the neighborhood.
Contact the caretaker if you require any assistance.
Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly.

DONT's

Do not miss meetings or remain unavailable during working hours.
Do not disturb colleagues during work, meetings, or quiet hours.
Do not create excessive noise within the property.
Do not accommodate any unregistered visitors without approval.
Do not misuse or damage the villa, furniture, or amenities.
Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the property.
Do not leave shared spaces untidy after use.
Do not leave the property unlocked when stepping out.
Do not ignore check-in, check-out, or key handover procedures.
Do not misuse company-provided facilities or resources.
Do not leave personal belongings unattended in common areas.

Check-Out & Key Return Formalities

Step 1: Look through dedicated room, closet, drawers, and bathrooms to make sure you’ve packed everything.
Step 2: Turn all the lights and ceiling fans and AC power off.
Step 3 (Return Keys): Hand over the room keys to the POC available at the check-out time and acknowledge VCW team on the same.
Step 4 (Lock the Door): Close the door securely and ensure the keys are handed over to the caretaker.
Step 5 (Main Door Exit): Lock the main door also and hand over the keys to the caretaker.

Check out must be completed by 12 PM on Saturdays, and no extensions are allowed.
