Besides her energy at work Muthyala Ashtalakshmi is an athlete with many wins in national and district sports contests. Read on as we explore Muthyala Ashtalakshmi’s stories, her interests, her path at Value Creed and more as we meet our team.

What are your primary responsibilities and what aspect of your job do you enjoy the most?

As a marketing strategist my job includes creating content, planning strategy and reviewing results for C/ETRM services. I also run employee branding projects. I feel very satisfied by the variety and challenges that come with my work. They keep me from feeling bored. Give me steady chances to grow.

One thing that gives me joy is the chance for creativity. The many options for designs spark my passion and excitement. Knowing that my learning in this area can never end makes me feel thrilled and deeply satisfied.

How do you balance work and personal interests?

Recognizing and using my strengths for good work planning I believe it is possible to set aside time for what I love. It all comes to finding balance for myself. Each day we. Should keep looking for new hobbies. It can be as simple as finding a song, reading a book, dancing, enjoying time with friends or playing with my brother. I try to live in the now and find joy in making every moment count.

Biggest challenge in your job, and how do you handle it?

I see challenges as steps that help me reach my potential. Graphics and visuals may look simple. Creating and designing them is the hardest part. It is essential to share the message clearly to the audience. However, once you know that you have achieved it successfully, the satisfaction is unparalleled. In fact, I wouldn’t necessarily label it as a challenge, as it serves as my motivation to continually push myself and deliver better results each day.

Are there any accomplishments you are proud of? Do you feel there are any professional development opportunities for your future?

Being awarded the Employee of the Year during the year of joining remains the most significant accomplishment that fills this person with immense pride. This employee success story stems from a combination of having the teammates investing dedicated effort and working in the right environment. Given these factors this person confidently anticipates professional development opportunities on the horizon. This person firmly believes that the Employee of the Year position is the place to seize these opportunities and propel the career forward.

Can you describe the company culture and how it supports your professional growth?

My workplace is a place to spend time. This person spends a part of each day ideating, planning, collaborating and having fun with teammates. It is crucial to find comfort and belonging and the Value Creed culture has played a role in making this person feel embraced and valued. This person has consistently received support, knowledge sharing and a nurturing environment that allows experimentation and learning from failures. This continuous support has led to a professional transformation in the career instilling a greater sense of confidence.
