Tell us about your first role at Value Creed.
“I started at Value Creed in January 2022 as an associate consultant and went through an extensive LearnSmart training period for about two months during which I learned most of the industry processes that helped me to accelerate my career at a progressive speed and has been an important part of my progress till today.”
What is your Vision for the Coming Time?
“The LearnSmart training session was very comprehensive as well as fast paced wherein the focus on assessments coupled with the workshops helped me massively to develop a 360 personality.
I have learned more post my training while working on the projects getting ample exposure with consistent guidance and support from my colleagues and the leadership team.”
How does this role relate to your Career Aspirations?
The projects are based on real life simulations of businesses that made me come full circle in the quest of understanding the ETRM basics, cementing my functional skills and making me client ready.
What are your goals as your career develops?
In my coming years I want to keep learning and adapting which I am certain will enable me to render even better service to Value Creed. I see my career graph approach a higher mark in terms of knowledge and leadership position.
What do you think of Value Creed’s company culture?
The employee culture is perhaps the most valuable aspect in my tenure here. Ever since I joined, I have had constant and caring support from everyone, especially from my supervisor and the leadership team who put their confidence in me which has driven me to where I am today.

Value Creed has always actively focused on delivering high-end training to empower the youth and open doors for students to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment bridging the gap between the transition from college to work ecosystems by making them industry and future-ready.
Key Highlights of the Collaboration
This collaboration paves the way for 360-degree development for the students wherein students can benefit from industry standpoint. Internships under LearnSmart Career Accelerator Program, allowing them to receive best-in-class instruction and work on industry live projects under executive mentorship and knowledge of various market-leading commodity trading and risk management platforms.
The MoU exchange took place between Nitesh Raj, Managing Director Value Creed and Dr. Shubhasheesh Bhattacharya, Director SPM-PDEU alongside Dr. Tanushri Banerjee, Dean SPM-PDEU at HR Conclave- SAMAVESH 7.0 – a platform for exchanging ideas between the corporate leaders and future managers hosted by SPM-PDEU . Nitesh Raj was also the key note speaker at the event and has shared his insights into the transition of hiring and human resource as whole.
This collaboration will help students in equipping with various entrepreneurial competencies and we believe that it will encourage greater flexibility for the university and allow students to have a better edge in the fast-growing energy sector.
Roaring through the “Hypergrowth Series”, Value Creed proudly announces its collaboration with University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) to provide internships to students under the LearnSmart internship program that primarily focuses on providing a platform for the youth to channel their potential and create a framework for competency-based skill training.
The fast evolving nature of the Energy industry is creating an entirely new marketplaces, new ecosystems, and new opportunities for Energy and Utility companies. Value Creed opens doors to the world for students by bridging the gap between the transition from college to work ecosystems.
The focus is not just on high-quality work opportunities but also on empowering students with various skills. As compared to other internships, students receive hands-on experience on various CTRM software platforms like Allegro, RightAngle, iRely, W Energy, and many more.
Interns will also be taught high-value soft skills, critical analysis, and proven frameworks on live software instances, rather than offline scenarios along with targeted mentorship to assist and provide guidance to them, allowing them to explore their passions while working on real-time projects.
The collaboration also paves way for faculty training under Abhigyaat where the teachers can accelerate their technical, functional, and industry knowledge providing opportunities to ascent into supervisory, and executive roles ensuring success and career advancement at an unprecedented pace.

The specific objectives of the collaboration include providing hands-on experience to students of UPES to various advanced technologies available in various CTRM platforms to expand their knowledge horizon. The students will also be encouraged to reach self-efficacy by setting high standards to help them achieve their goals.
Our internship experience is to bring interns together to connect, collaborate and co-create to make a difference in the world. We believe that this collaboration will encourage greater flexibility for the university and students harnessing the technological tools available in the fast-growing energy sector.
I believe the collaboration between UPES and LearnSmart by Value Creed would bring a new perspective to the energy-focused studies. Exposure to the right ETRM tools and projects will prepare our students and faculty for the upcoming opportunities.
