The ETRM system in use and the planned ERP system were not flexible enough to incorporate all the modes of transportation and the applicable business scenarios. The company sought to implement a unified scheduling solution that could seamlessly integrate with the ERP & ETRM systems.

Off-the-shelf ERP solutions couldn’t efficiently accommodate intricate requirements such as blending, regrading, diversions, and managing multiple carrier modes. To overcome this, we developed a bespoke custom scheduling solution designed to automate processes, streamline operations, and significantly enhance efficiency, ultimately saving both time and costs.
