A major trading firm wanted to capture two different trades into their CTRM systems which created a high-priority need to develop a new process in their CTRM as the values were fluctuating and there was no proper standard of measurement.
Also, their current process was to capture data in the spreadsheet which was manual and error-prone causing process delays and reporting difficulties. Both trades were different from each other and Value Creed had to build two unique solutions to overcome the challenges.

- Our team first evaluated the existing process and then defined the future process. We then built a completely new process from trade entry to valuation and settlement for one of the trades types and optimized the process for another trade type by allowing it to handle large volumes of the daily trades.
- Our team also worked on a rapid timeline to be able to configure, model test, and deploy a brand new product in their CTRM. Along with well-defined project governance, testing, requirement documents, and specific instructions to all the stakeholders.
